Attorney Nicole Szablak

Attorney Nicole Szablak was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, so she’s not scared of adversarial encounters. A proud Polish-American with dual citizenship, Nicole combines cultural perspective with a relentless drive to advocate for her clients.
She earned her undergraduate degree from John Jay College of Criminal Justice, majoring in Political Science with a double minor in Law and Interdisciplinary Studies. Nicole went on to earn her law degree from Indiana University McKinney School of Law, where she externed with the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office and discovered her passion for litigation. She also competed in moot court, where she honed her skills in oral argument and courtroom advocacy.
Today, Nicole focuses her practice on injury law, representing individuals who have been hurt through no fault of their own. Whether she is negotiating with insurance companies or preparing a case for trial, Nicole is committed to making sure her clients are heard and fairly compensated. From the start of her legal career, Nicole hit the ground running. On her first day as an attorney, she sent a letter demanding policy limits. By day two, she secured the full amount. On day three, she filed her first lawsuit. That same drive and determination continue to shape her approach to every case she handles.
Outside of work, Nicole loves spending time with her dog, Timmy, cheering on the Polish national soccer team, traveling, and exploring new coffee shops.
