Attorney Jamison Allen

Trial attorney Jamison Allen is best known for obtaining a $3,000,000 verdict for an injured 93-year-old plaintiff in August 2022. Two mediators had evaluated the case in mid six-figures, but Jamison’s client was determined to seek full justice. The verdict has been used by elderly plaintiffs across Indiana to increase settlement offers because now insurance companies know that even Hoosier plaintiffs over 90 years old can obtain 7-figure verdicts. Jamison was the lead attorney in the case from start to finish. In addition, Jamison is also in an exclusive group of plaintiff injury attorneys who have prevailed in an Indiana Supreme Court case. He proudly second-chaired and drafted significant portions of the appellate briefs in Clark v. Mattar, 148 N.E.3d. 220 (Ind. 2020), the case confirming that a potential juror who rejects the concept of non-economic damages should be removed for cause.

Born and raised in Indiana, he graduated from Indiana State University with a double-major in social studies education and theater, as well as a minor in history.
